| IV-D Theory for New Hires |
Recommended within the first year of employment for new OCSS, CWA, AOC, and local judicial staff (including IV-D child support attorneys) who have not attended New Hire Training, this intensive five-day course focuses on the statutes, regulations, and judicial rules that form the foundation of New Jersey's Title IV-D CSE Program. The course does not include instruction on the system components of the State automated child support system. The course provides training in the skills required for basic day-to-day operations: case initiation, locate, establishment of paternity and support orders, enforcement, financials, modification and transfer, interstate cases, case closure, interviewing, and customer service. |

| UIFSA Attorney Workshop |
This workshop, open to attorneys only, gives participants an opportunity to discuss current interstate and international child support case law. | NJKiDS Lab: USSO Screen Functionality |
This NJKiDS lab offers participants time to practice various processes involving the USSO screen at their own pace. Participants will have the opportunity to add and modify a USSO, add an order for termination, and follow the steps for generating a printed copy of the order. In addition, participants will be shown how to import a guidelines calculation. Note: this lab does not cover GDLN screen functionality. |
